Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa

If I could rate this hotel more than 10 stars, I definitely would! The place is extremely elegant, perfect for relaxation and spending quality time with your family. The entire staff, without exception, are very friendly, respectful, and make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious, healthy, and caters to all tastes. All facilities are available and of top-notch quality. I would like to thank Sofitel for this wonderful hotel and their professional staff. Special thanks to Soe and Neeraj for their warm welcome, hospitality, and kindness. I will be sharing my amazing experience with anyone planning to visit! I have no comment about the resort. I liked it very much. The area is very nice and away from public noise and not even far from the city. Only 15 - 20 min. Everything you need is close as well.

The room was well arranged with a very big balcony looking out to the Gulf. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a great space. I appreciate the level of cleanliness in all areas. The gym and spa were way above average with a good selection of equipment to work all areas and the masseuse knew how to give a proper yoga massage. The grounds were nice to walk around and the reception area was lively with great entertainment when I was there. I really like Sofitel's treatment; all of the staff spoke to you like people with personalities, not just rote smiles and responses. I was advised by email that there would be a wedding reception one night of my stay, but they placed me as far away as possible and by the time I settled in to sleep it was already over. The breakfast was really very good with a lot of options for all types of dietary considerations. I go to Bahrain a couple of times a year and had a different goto hotel, but now that has changed.

If I can rate hotel more than 10 Iwillnot hesitate. It will not be last stay, we were totally satisfied and happy with service,stay, resturant,etc Pool and swimming areas was veryquiet and clean although hotel was fully booked Staff are more than amazing Mr. Abdullah is very helpful and did his best to help and assist us. Special thank to Mr. Abanoub who was very welcoming, amabile and supportive. They really made our stay wonderful. We had our breakfast in room Mr. Hussan serve us and providea best service. We tried YaMaz resturant last day and we weren't lucky to visit ir before, it was really one of best restaurants we have ever visited with very lovely staff they arrange many activitiesand show. Special thankfor the professional and amazing staff Ms. Joy, Pizza, July, Eva and Srino.
